Not content with virtually starve their employees with wages and so close to the minimum wage for months of increasingly harsh, Carrefour now intends to attack our families' lives even worse, our health!
The "new business model" that the company implements major consequences will (besides the excessive development of versatility!) a considerable increase and discriminant beaches Night Work (some commencing at midnight or 2 am when others finish at 23h!) with disastrous consequences that lead to unusual schedules term health as denouncing all international agencies such as WHO p (World of Health) for example ... (digestive disorders, hypertension, increased risk of cancer ... etc ... etc ...)
Carrefour, cleverly highlights the increase in the hours of night to lure smicards we are and push us to be "a little better living ", having to accept the unacceptable!

HOPE TO EARN MORE?!
Why not work every Sunday, every night and remove our holiday pay, on there is, ultimately, we should not evade "win more" as saying there is little time a character has now become famous!
But in fact, will there be real choice? ... to believe the company executives, employees have seen their "wish" positioning in a given time slot satisfied for almost 70% of them ... First it will check and a Secondly what has happened to other employees who were ultimately impose a range of time that they did not want?
Joking aside, we need this to stop! We will not accept the CGT to return to the days of slavery or the worker was placed at this point available to lower employers' wishes!
It is indeed sad to note that this project and its adverse consequences oh might have been "stretched" to 15 new stores dirtily called "test stores"! Test what? To determine whether our strength to work all night without flinching is sustainable? Study after how many years the first on our health disorders will be felt? See if our families can meet ultimately to no longer share with us that the "snippets" of life with schedules completely "offset"? ...
CROSSROADS NO ... test, test again and again to see if this is simply ... ... ... PROFITABLE!
Given the gravity of this situation, the CGT has already taken various administrative steps and going to court to request the withdrawal of this project, in terms of psychosocial risks incurred and the principle Precautionary binding any employer.
Our family lives, our health is not for sale! Increases hours of night, this "premium die faster" will not make us forget the collective sense of protection of workers, their thirst for profit can not accept everything we do!
CARREFOUR will soon hear and finally learn to respect the labor code!
